Published 2:10 am Friday, August 7, 2026SAINT PAUL — Mrs. Patricia Anne Hightower-Brooks, lovingly known as “Pat,” passed away on July 18, 2026, in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Patricia excelled academically and graduated *summa cum laude* from Wiley College in the 1960s. A woman of deep faith, Patricia was a devoted missionary who dedicated her life to Christ. Patricia was also a master seamstress whose skill and creativity brought beauty into the lives of many. She had a zest for life that shone through in her love of laughter, shopping, traveling, and meeting new people.
