Toney is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, September 24. Actual bodily harm (ABH) is a legal category covering an alleged assault that causes harm considered more than “transient or trifling”. Toney’s appearance at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on September 24 is the next scheduled stage in the case.
