“This is a key part of how we help through documenting processes and workflows to ensure organisations can scale their operations and teams,” said Clarke. The first cohort of specialists will be active from October onwards, and then TPOS will be looking to launch the second cohort later in the calendar year, noted Clarke. Clarke added that in five months’ time, TPOS would “love to see this community of specialists really coming together”. That’s where we see the specialist program going … [really] building cohort after cohort and creating ecosystems of individuals and organisations that support each other in a meaningful way. “We’ll also be working to make TPOS foundational within vendors’ and distributors’ academies, learning management systems, and training platforms.”
