Wilmington Police Department arrived just after 4 a.m. to the 1600 block of Fordham Road, located behind Independence Mall.
Upon arrival, the officers watched the suspect exiting the side of the home.

Wilmington Police Department arrived just after 4 a.m. to the 1600 block of Fordham Road, located behind Independence Mall.
