While the matter was laid indictably, lawyer Grant Connell, sought to take a page from the book of the legal team that represented Antonique Thomas, who was recently granted a historic EC$25,000 bail for murder by High Court Judge, Justice Gertel Thom at the High Court on July 23, 2026. Police investigative reports in Thomas’ case revealed that the 16-year-old allegedly struck 65-year-old Winston McMillan on the head with a two-by-four piece of wood during a physical altercation.
