Ltd. is building an advisory service for foreigners looking to move, invest or buy property in Southeast Asia, seeking to distinguish itself from property portals by screening developers and providing advice before clients commit funds.
He said the service is aimed at retirees, families, investors, relocators, and digital nomads who need help assessing property, visa, and business options across Southeast Asia.
It also works with licensed local partners that handle tasks such as visa applications, whilst Rumavi retains oversight.
Linton said the idea came from his own experience encountering misinformation when buying property and exploring relocation options in the region.
