Singapore recorded 157 property auction listings in the second quarter (Q2) of 2026, up 6.1% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) and 30.8% year-on-year (YoY). The listings comprised 109 mortgagee sale listings, 32 owner listings, and 16 others. Residential and industrial properties dominated overall listings, rising 25.8% QoQ to 83 and 19% QoQ to 50, respectively. Residential (16) and retail (10) made up most of these, with six industrial listings. Looking to H2 2026, Knight Frank expects auction success rates to hold around 5%, with activity likely to increase as economic and sector-specific pressures push more owners and lenders toward auction.
