The D-Day Darlings, who were finalists on Britain's Got Talent's 2018 series, will be performing a show at the Princes Theatre, in Station Road. The popular wartime-themed choir will be performing classic songs, such as We'll Meet Again and White Cliffs of Dover, on October 11, at 7.30pm. A spokesperson for the D-Day Darlings said: "Working with top music producers and songwriters, the Forces’ favourite sweethearts honour heroes. "The D-Day Darlings present their explosive, brand new show, celebrating the 80th Anniversary of VE Day!" As the best-selling female group to emerge from Britain's Got Talent, the Darlings received a BRIT Certified Breakthrough Award in 2019.
