ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – The city of Albuquerque will keep select splash pads and outdoor pools open longer through Labor Day, with some sites adding weekend or extended access. The city said Cesar Chavez/Phil Chacon splash pad is closed for the season. Eisenhower, Sierra Vista and Wilson outdoor pools will open on weekends through Labor Day. Additionally, the West Mesa outdoor pool will open on weekdays and weekends through Labor Day. The city said Rio Grande Outdoor will offer lap swim from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and open swim on weekends through Labor Day.
