James Brittain, a clinical hypnotherapist with more than 40 years of experience, will speak at the Forum in Norwich on Tuesday, September 1, starting at 6.30pm. Mr Brittain said: "Most people have experienced the frustration of knowing what they should do but finding themselves doing something else. "The talk explores why that happens and what can be done about it." Drawing on his decades of work with clients, the hypnotherapist will explain how the mind develops habits, why willpower often falls short, and what practical steps can lead to lasting positive change. Aimed at a broad audience, the talk will include practical insights, audience participation, and a light-hearted look at the psychology behind everyday behaviour.
