She says the certification represents both a personal milestone and a commitment to upholding the standards that underpin the global coffee trade. “Earning the ICE Certified Coffee Grader designation is both a profound professional honour and a significant responsibility,” says Johnson. Johnson’s certification means two of the seven women certified as ICE Coffee Graders in the world are employed by MZB-USA. “To have two of the world’s seven licensed female ICE Coffee Graders leading our inbound supply chain and quality teams gives MZB-USA a distinct strategic advantage.
