(ABC 6 News) — A Minnesota woman is suing Chipotle after she was hospitalized with salmonella. Kristen Behne claimed she ate at Chipotle’s Roseville location back in June, and three days later she was in the hospital with a life-threatening complication from salmonella infection. Behne wants $75,000 in damages for medical expenses. Federal officials say 345 people in 27 states have been sickened with salmonella from the outbreak, including 110 in Minnesota. Chipotle says it has removed affected peppers from all of its restaurant chains.
