"The main issue is the Zelensky team's reluctance to bring in people from outside his inner circle," Yurchyshyn told the Kyiv Independent.
Later, Stefanishyna served as deputy prime minister for European integration from 2020 to 2025 and as justice minister from 2024 to 2025.
If a prime minister resigns, the entire cabinet is ousted.
