Ann Ruth (Whipple) Thompson09/11/1941- 08/03/2026SOUTHWICK – Ann was born in Ludlow MA. She is predeceased by her husband Newton Thompson, Jr., her father Burton Whipple, her mother Aina West Whipple, her brother Russell, and her sister Evelyn. Ann is survived by her sisters Marilyn, Joan, Jean, Sylvia, and her brother Burt (Sonny). Ann also leaves her four children: Selina (Tony), Tami (John), Shawn (Kris), and Cheryl (Joe). We will celebrate Ann on Tuesday, August 11th, 2026, at Westfield–Avalon Funeral Home, 4 Princeton Street, Westfield, MA 01085.
