Renault has announced their foray into the strong hybrid world with Duster Hybrid featuring a larger battery pack. The most notable among them are Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder, Maruti Suzuki Victoris, Honda City and Toyota Innova Hycross and its Maruti counterpart, the Invicto, among others. Maruti Suzuki took 3rd and 4th place in strong hybrid sales with Grand Vitara and Victoris SUVs. Grand Vitara strong hybrid sales more than halved YoY as there was a 54% decline in sales. While Camry saw a 1% sales decline YoY, Vellfire saw sales blow up as there was a 60% growth in sales YoY.
