She spoke at a state-level Convergence Meeting on Friday, where Telangana Open School Society (TOSS), ULLAS-Adult Education, Samaara Shiksha, SERP, MEPMA, Educate Girls, and Pratham were present. Divya Devarajan urged SERP functionaries to support the identification and mobilisation of eligible learners for both TOSS and ULLAS. Director of School Education Dr Naveen Nicolas informed that part-time instructors in schools would be oriented to guide students on the vocational education syllabus. K Linghaiah explained the TOSS enrolment process and the proposed learning-engagement initiatives. Educate Girls, working with the education department, and Pratham, working with SERP, expressed their commitment to supporting learner mobilisation and strengthening enrolment in TOSS.
