Mitzvah House – Ohel Eli v’Yaakov will welcome City2Surf participants near the Bondi finish precinct on Sunday with a free kosher barbeque supported by the Jewish Communal Appeal . Mitzvah House, located near Archer Park and the finish precinct, expects thousands of runners, supporters and other visitors throughout the day. “There could not be a more meaningful place for our community to finish this year’s City2Surf than Bondi,” JCA chief executive Alain Hasson said. Jewish men will also have the opportunity to wrap tefillin with assistance from Mitzvah House volunteers. “We’re inviting everyone to come and say hello,” Mitzvah House Rabbi Noach Koncepolski said.
