Now-former employees began posting about the situation on their LinkedIn profiles on August 6, confirming that they were affected by layoffs at the studio. IGN has reached out to That's No Moon for comment. That’s No Moon was founded in 2021 by industry vets from powerhouse developers like Naughty Dog and Infinity Ward. Based in Los Angeles, it revealed its first AAA offering, a narrative-driven, single-player title called Crossfire, at Summer Game Fest 2026.
