Discussions increasingly centred on AI governance, safety, sovereignty and accountability, reflecting the reality that the future of AI depends not only on innovation but also on trust. At the same time, many enterprises remain in the early stages of scaling agentic AI responsibly. Without effective governance, organisations risk creating fragmented AI estates that are difficult to secure, scale and manage.
