Yancey Lee Carter, 62, of Baxley passed away Sunday, July 26, 2026 at his residence. Yancey was preceded in death by his father, Bertise Lee Carter. Survivors include his spouse, Patricia Ann Carter of Baxley; daughters, Olivia Carter and Shannon Carter both of Baxley; mother, Linda Youmans Carter; brothers, Heath Carter and Laney Carter both of Baxley; and a granddaughter, Lilly Marlene Voitechonok also survives. Active pallbearers were Robert Todd, Drake Carter, Heath Carter, Trampis Carter, Ryker Carter and Keith Collins. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Swain Funeral Home.
