Marley McCalmon is alleged to have raped a woman in the toilets of Marks and Spencer in Oxford and another in Pablo Lounge in Abingdon months later. A jury at Oxford Crown Court was told the allegations are that he locked the door in both locations and had sexual intercourse with different complainants without their consent. It was heard that the incident at Pablo Lounge was alleged to have taken place on January 29, 2023. The jury heard that McCalmon and the alleged victim were in the Marks and Spencer disabled toilet for around 19 minutes. The woman previously told the jury McCalmon had 'raped' her and that he told her to get 'face down'.
