A deadly crash has shut down all northbound lanes of Interstate 295, just north of the Varina-Enon Bridge in Henrico County. The crash, which involved an overturned dump truck, happened at the 19-mile marker late Thursday morning. One person died from their injuries at the scene, according to the Virginia State Police.
