A judge found that there is probable cause to believe Republican gubernatorial candidate Mike Lindell may have violated campaign law by handing out pillows at parades. After Administrative Law Judge Nicholas Lienesch’s finding on Thursday, the case will be assigned to a panel of three administrative law judges and proceed to an evidentiary hearing. A citizen later filed a complaint after a Fourth of July parade in Delano, saying the giveaway violates state campaign law. An administrative law judge held a telephone hearing on Monday morning with the complaining party and Lindell.
