People displaced from St. Paul’s Pig’s Eye Park encampment have now moved to another camp several miles down the Mississippi River. That number is also a moving target, said Jim Seeman, a St. Paul resident and longtime Pig’s Eye Park camp volunteer. He has now focused his efforts at the Randolph camp, delivering water bottles and first aid supplies on Thursday. As 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS walked through the camp, Seeman recognized several people as former Pig’s Eye Park residents. Jemma said she and several others she knows from Pig’s Eye Park started conversations with Ramsey County workers about more permanent housing.
