By Jessica AfuyeBrazilian forward Vinícius Júnior has ended speculation over his future after signing a new six-year contract with Real Madrid, keeping him at the Santiago Bernabéu until June 30, 2032.
Instead, Vinícius has reaffirmed his commitment to the European giants, extending his stay in the Spanish capital for another six years.
The 26-year-old joined Real Madrid from Brazilian club Flamengo in 2018 and has established himself as one of the club’s most influential players.
The Premier League champions had reportedly hoped that prolonged contract uncertainty could create an opportunity to lure him to north London.
With the new deal now signed, Vinícius Júnior has reaffirmed his loyalty to Real Madrid, where he is expected to remain a central figure in the club’s long-term ambitions through 2032.
