PHOENIX — The Maricopa County Elections Department announced Wednesday that all registered voters will receive ballots via mail ahead of jurisdictional elections this November. County residents not already registered to vote are able to do so until Monday, as ballots will be mailed out on Wednesday. All jurisdictional elections will take place on Nov. 4, those opting to vote by mail are advised to do so by Oct. 28 to ensure timely counting. More than 40 locations will be open for voters on election day, and a full list of places holding jurisdictional elections can be found online. In-person ballot casting begins on Oct. 27 while voting via dropping off mail ballots starts on Wednesday.
