Abdelkeram Al Ammaren, 21, appeared at Ipswich Crown Court for sentencing after pleading guilty to possessing cannabis and possessing cocaine with intent to supply. Prosecutor Benedict Peers said police attended an address in Harland Street, Ipswich, on June 23 where they found Al Ammaren with a cannabis joint, mobile phone and keys. When first challenged by police, Al Ammaren said: “I don’t know what it is, that’s my job.” When Al Ammaren was then taken to Ipswich, "the true nature of the employment became apparent". Al Ammaren was sentenced to 28 months' imprisonment, suspended for two years.
