A criminal case has been opened in Bishkek over alleged lewd acts involving minors. The case was initiated following complaints from the parents of three children, the Internal Affairs Department of Leninsky district said. According to the parents, the incident occurred on June 30 between approximately 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. The complainants also said that, following the incident, parents of other girls came and reported possible similar episodes. Following a pre-investigation check, a criminal case was opened under Article 158 «Lewd Acts,» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
