Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov arrived in Kyrgyzstan to participate in the next meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council, which is being held in Cholpon-Ata, Issyk-Kul region. According to the Cabinet of Ministers, at the Issyk-Kul International Airport, the head of the government of the Republic of Uzbekistan was welcomed by Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Erlist Akunbekov. The next meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council is taking place on August 6-7 with the participation of the prime ministers of the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union and heads of delegations of observer states. At the meeting, it is planned to discuss the development of trade and economic cooperation, industrial cooperation and further integration within the framework of the association. Uzbekistan is an observer state to the EAEU.
