Did you know there is shopping and food in the area under the Grandstand? Visit the West Marketplace and Central Marketplace at the Iowa State Fair! Open every day of the Fair from 9 am – 8 pm and located underneath the Grandstand on the Grand Concourse, these marketplaces feature gifts, gadgets, unique finds, and Fair merchandise. Plus, KIOA, LAZER, and STAR personalities will compete in a pre-Fair Marketplace Sweep challenge, racing through the West Marketplace and Central Marketplace to collect items and create prize baskets from different vendors.
