Cumberland County will hold a Women's Health Summit on Tuesday, Aug. 18 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Department of Social Services building. Maternal care providers, stakeholders, and concerned citizens will gather to discuss infant and maternal well-being, according to a statement from the county. The session seeks to strengthen ties among professionals working in maternal health and boost communication across provider networks. Maternity and infant health topics are on the agenda. The Public Library, Juvenile Crime Prevention Council, and Department of Public Health will join from the county side.
