A man who sent sexually explicit messages and images to people he believed were girls aged 13 and 14 has avoided a prison sentence. Callum Baird, 29, previously admitted four sexual offences and was in court on Wednesday for sentencing. Oban man admitted four sex offencesHe instead imposed a Community Payback Order with a three-year supervision requirement, a three-year sex offender notification requirement and a Sexual Harm Prevention Order. The court previously heard Baird contacted two Facebook Messenger profiles he believed belonged to girls aged 13 and 14. As part of the order, Baird must engage with mental health services if directed by his supervising officer.
