Felipe Santizo-Ramos, 29, 504 Frazier St., Warsaw, was sentenced for child solicitation, a level 4 felony; and possession of child sex abuse material, a level 6 felony. For child solicitation, Kosciusko Superior Court One Judge Karin McGrath sentenced Santizo-Ramos to 10 years in the Indiana Department of Correction, with five years executed and five years fully suspended. In total, Santizo-Ramos received a 10-year DOC sentence, with five years executed and five years fully suspended. The messages included the child sending inappropriate images of themselves to Santizo-Ramos, who also sent images of himself to the child.
