A doorman says he "genuinely believed something terrible was about to happen" when a disgruntled customer who had been kicked out of a pub returned with a knife. He noted that the defendant appeared to be walking aggressively towards him and said to Mr Williamson, 'I know who you are'. Mr Williamson saw the handle of a knife sticking out of his waistband. Unsurprisingly, at that point, Mr Williamson felt threatened and as though he could be attacked at any moment. Understandably, Mr Williamson was fearful of what might happen, and, as a result, he is now anxious when going about his work.
