A BBC documentary on the deaths of hundreds of Palestinians queueing for food aid in Gaza has been accused of ignoring a report claiming that some had been killed by Hamas. The Panorama documentary, called Gaza: Dying for Food, reported that more than 1,300 Palestinians had been killed while queueing outside aid centres.
