JAMESTOWN — One person was sentenced recently on a felony charge in Southeast District Court in Jamestown. Donna Marie Langstaff, 43, Fargo, pleaded guilty to unlawful entry into a vehicle, a Class C felony. Judge James Shockman sentenced Langstaff to 111 days in the North Dakota Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation with credit for 111 days served. Shockman placed Langstaff on one year supervised probation and ordered her to submit to fingerprints. A Class C felony is punishable by five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
