Colchester Events, part of Amphora Group, has been nominated in the Contribution to Theatre & Arts category for Charter Hall and the Live Entertainment Venue category for Charter Hall and Castle Park. The nominations recognise the organisation's work delivering some of the city's biggest concerts, festivals, theatre performances and community events. According to an independent report by Counterculture Partnership LLP, Colchester Events contributed almost £24 million to the city's economy during 2024/25. Public voting for the awards remains open until September 17, with winners due to be announced at Colchester Town Hall on October 8.
