Adam Geoffrey Kay, aged 34 and of no fixed address, is accused of three motoring offences after an alleged incident on Tuesday, July 28, on Walmsley Street in Newton-le-Willows. He is due to face charges before Liverpool Magistrates’ Court today, Thursday. Kay is charged with taking a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent, driving without a licence, and driving without insurance. The allegations relate to the same vehicle, a Land Rover. All offences are alleged to have taken place on the same date at the same location in Newton-le-Willows.
