Langtree, based in Warrington, will now be able to bid for a range of public sector contracts through its inclusion on the Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation (ESPO) framework. Langtree manages properties and estates across the UK on behalf of institutional landlords and in partnership with government and local authorities. Langtree says its latest framework appointment reaffirms the decision last year to build on its property management expertise and track record. The appointment, says Jayne Furnival, is validation of its credentials and ability to offer the public sector a high-quality alternative to the existing established supply chain.
