(MyKeeneNow) A former New Hampshire State Police trooper from Keene has pleaded guilty to falsely reporting information to law enforcement after investigators determined he had secretly placed GPS tracking devices on vehicles. He will immediately resign from the New Hampshire State Police and surrender his New Hampshire law enforcement certification. Investigators also determined that he later asked an acquaintance to provide false information to Keene police regarding the tracking devices.
