A Queens man is facing murder, arson and weapons charged for allegedly fatally stabbing his mother-in-law and knifing her teen son in a drunken rage this week, authorities said. 3 Weisheng Chen, 27, is accused of killing his mother-in-law and wounding her teen son at the family’s shared Flushing home on Thursday.
