STILLWATER, N.Y. (WNYT) – Brown’s Beach remains closed after devastating flooding last week. “I don’t anticipate the beach opening any earlier than Wednesday of next week,” said Stillwater Town Supervisor Ed Kinowski on Thursday. Right now, about the half the beach is still flooded, according to Kinowski. The water level is about 205 above sea level. Kinoswki added that the marina will also likely remain closed until after Monday.
