Court papers state that officers conducted the raid at around 8PM and allegedly found Tafirenyika inside her bedroom. Investigators say they recovered eight ampoules of Fresenius Pethidine, 10 ampoules of Verpat Pethidine and seven 1ml ampoules of Fresenius Morphine Sulphate from her before carrying out a more extensive search of the room. The prosecution further alleges that officers located an additional 72 ampoules of Verpat Pethidine, 64 ampoules of Fresenius Pethidine and 43 ampoules of Morphine Sulphate inside bedroom drawers. Separately, sources claim Collins Mnangagwa was recently taken to Belarus for rehabilitation after allegedly developing a drug addiction which the family blames on Tafirenyika. They also allege the First Lady intends to recover properties that Tafirenyika is accused of purchasing with Collins Mnangagwa’s money without his knowledge.
