Donatas Sakalauskas was arrested after another man accused him of behaving in a lewd manner towards him in council-run toilets overlooking King's Lynn's Tuesday Market Place.
Norwich Crown Court (Image: Peter Walsh, Newsquest)He appeared at Norwich Crown Court on Thursday (August 6) to be sentenced having admitted those offences as well as a spate of thefts.
But the sentencing hearing was adjourned by Judge Mark Dennis, to a date yet to be fixed, "pending resolution of outstanding matters in the magistrates court".
It was after it emerged the cases had been incorrectly committed to the crown court from the magistrates court.
He said he was sorry there had been confusion but would ask that the magistrates court could "deal with this as swiftly as possible" and hoped the crown court could relist it as "soon as possible".
