He is also facing a separate charge relating to a confrontation with another man in King’s Lynn the previous day.
A court heard that the disgraced former prince, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, had been walking his dogs with his security team when he spotted a vehicle he suspected belonged to press photographers.
This application relies on evidence from Mr Mountbatten-Windsor and information recovered from Jenkinson’s mobile phone, including searches related to Sandringham, the former duke, and weapons.
Jenkinson denies the public order offence involving Andrew and the charge related to Mr Terry.
The former royal is expected to give evidence via video link at Jenkinson’s criminal trial, which is scheduled for December 21.
