It is interesting that of my four hydrangeas, which need lots of water, two are doing really well and two not so, even though I haven’t given any of them much to drink. The rose by our front door, and the buddleia beside it, also enjoy being cut right back and grow much better each time you do so. Some unwanted plants, like bindweed also do this, but other plants, however, wilt and die from even the smallest trim. There are numerous ways of finding out how to look after plants. As humans we have policies like equality and diversity which will help ensure members of groups like the WI are able to flourish like the plants in your garden.
