Plans to convert Norfolk town property into flat, house and shop dropped

Lee Knell has withdrawn his proposal to retrospectively change the use of 165 Northgate Street.
His plans would have seen the property converted into a one-bedroom flat and a three-bedroom house and also a shop.

However, the Environment Agency objected to the plans, stating that the site lies within a tidal flood zone and has a "high probability of flooding".
