A portion of Topanga Canyon Boulevard in Topanga will be temporarily closed against next week, Caltrans announced Thursday. The guardrail work is part of an 18-mile State Route 27 pavement rehabilitation project extending from Pacific Coast Highway to Devonshire Street in Chatsworth. The project includes repaving the highway and upgradingcurb ramps, pedestrian push buttons and bus pads. Caltrans said construction in the San Fernando Valley has been completed, while work in the Topanga area is continuing.
