The meeting was co-chaired by Shri Rudrendra Tandon, Secretary (East) and Mr. Luke Goh, Permanent Secretary (Policy), Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Singapore @MFAsg. During his visit to India, Permanent Secretary Luke Goh also called on External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar and met Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri, and Rajiv Mani, Secretary, Legislative Department, Ministry of Law and Justice.
