I last caught up with James McGee, president and CEO of Southern Dallas Progress Development Corporation, in February, when his first renovation project in the Tenth Street Historic District hit the market.
McGee has long been an advocate for investment south of I-30 and particularly in Tenth Street, which was named a City of Dallas Historic District in 1993 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1994.
As investments continue to move south, the Tenth Street Historic District is now only a two-minute drive to the new Halperin Park and the historic industrial complex of East Dock, a vibrant community hub of restaurants and shops.
Listed for $259,000, this home at 108 N. Cliff St. has a 10-year tax abatement.
You can enjoy a 10-year tax abatement on this $259,000 Tenth Street Historic District cottage at 110 N. Cliff St.Texas Signature Realty’s Tara Miller will have all of these beauties open for you to see in person this weekend.
